1)Because it is furnished in the quality we ourselves enjoy,.... please be aware that we have a No Smoking and No pets policy.

2) Rent DOES NOT INCLUDE HYDRO : FOR YOUR BENEFIT -- As it would depend on your consumption. (On average the condo\'s hydro bill could be from $40 in the summer to $100 in the winter) How much you use the wood burning fireplace is a factor and if you turn temp down in your absence.

3) There is a Bell satellite dish on deck. Hook up for internet and television is personal to the tenants requirements.
